Runway Guesthouse near Incheon Airport! [런웨이 게스트하우스][인천공항숙박][仁川(インチョン)空港ゲストハウス]

Here's a quick tour of Runway Guesthouse near Incheon Airport in South Korea.

This particular guest house was designed by its owner, who use to work for a famous architecture firm in Korea. When designing the house, he took into consideration that people would want to relax when coming to a place like this, so created a patio for people to enjoy.

Room Rates

Dormitory: 30,000KRW(per 1 person / maximum of 4 people)

Double Room(Nomal season in week and weekend): 70,000KRW
(per 2 person / maximum of 2 people)

Double Room(High season in friday, saterday, holiday): 80,000KRW
(per 2 person / maximum of 2 people)

If you want to use double room alone, the rate is 50,000 KRW.(per 1 night)
Entire house: 450,000KRW (per 1 night / maximum of 16 people)
Normal Season (16.Jan ~ 31.Jun / 1.Sep ~ 14.Dec)
High Season (1.Jul ~ 31.Aug / Holiday / 15.Dec ~ 15.Jan)
Additional High Season: Japan Golden Week, Korea New Year holiday, China Labor Day holiday, China National Day Foundation holiday, Korean Thanks Giving Day holiday.


About Rooms

[About Rooms]
●We have 2 types of guest rooms. One is dormitory for 4 person (men, women’s room is separated) and the other is double bed room.
●Every room has private toilet & shower in the room.
●Every room has an air-conditioner, individual heating system, hair dryer, mirror, cable LED TV and smoke detection equipment in the room.
●Free wireless wi-fi is available in every room.
●The rate including simple breakfast such as toast, cereal, beverages.
●We provide 2 towels per person per day free of charge.
●We also provide hand soap, toothpaste, shampoo, rinse, body shower. You should bring your own tooth brush.



Reservation Poilcy & Notice

[Reservation Policy]
If you stay over 7 successive nights, you can get a 5% discount.
If you stay over 14 successive nights, you can get a 10% discount.
If you stay over 30 successive nights, you can get a 15% discount.
(When you check-in, you should pay total amount.)
But during the high season, the discount rate doesn’t apply. (1.Jul ~ 31.Aug)

For the reservation confirm, you should pay at least 1st night price as a deposit.
(More than 5 nights booking should pay 2 nights price, more than 10 nights booking should pay 3 nights price.)
To reconfirm your reservation, please mail or call us with your arrival time 1 week before your arrival.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please e-mail us as soon as your travel plan is changed.
After check in, there is no refund in any reason.
10 days before cancelation, you can get a 100% refund.
7 days before cancelation, you can get a 50% refund.
From 6 days before, there is no refund.


Our guesthouse has a no smoking and no alcohol inside policy.
Your silence would be appreciated for other customer after 10PM.
We’re not responsible for the lost goods and you should pay all for the damaged goods by you.
If you notice that you are arriving later than the time mentioned on your confirmation or arriving later than 11PM, you must contact us and let us know.
Cleaning time is for 11AM~3PM. For privacy, we do not provide cleaning service without request.
If you stay over 3 nights, you can request cleaning service to our staff.
